Steel coils are formed into Trapezoidal or Sinusoidal Profiles as per customers requirements. Profiles are made out of galvanized, galvalume, pre-painted galvanized and pre-painted galvalume steel. These are extensively used for roofing and cladding of industrial shades, railway stations, airports, warehouses etc.. |
Electro Galvanizing |
We have an electro galvanizing line for zinc coating on coils. Galvanizing ensures good corrosion resistance to steel. |
GI Flexible Conduits &
PVC Coated Flexible Conduits |
We have manufacturing facilities for GI & PVC coated flexible conduits (pipes). These are widely used as protective covering for electrical wires / cables. This facility is ISO 9001 - 2000 certified. |
Service Centre Facilities |
Cut to Length : - Process to uncoil sections of flat-rolled steel and cut them into a desired length as per customer specifications. We have this facility for Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, GI, Pre-Painted and Tin Plate.
Slitting : - Cutting a coil of steel into narrower strips to match customer needs. Since steel mills have limited flexibility to provide specific width to the customer , we slit steel coils to suit customers requirement. |
